# Trading Fees Explained

**Amano Furnace -** 5% of all $AMANO traded are burnt in the Amano Furnace. The more that is traded the more gets put into the fire causing the Amano furnace to grow in size, larger and larger through self-fulfilling auto-compounding which in return acts to reduce the circulating supply of $AMANO and keeps the Amano protocol stable.
